6:30 pm Pre-Game – General Reception & Activities  
8:00 pm Tip-off Program Starts
8:20 pm Halftime – Live Auction & Paddle Raise
8:40 pm Timeout with the Coaches 
9:00 pm Overtime

Do you need volunteers?

We do utilize volunteers at the event. Please email Jackie.Payne@cancer.org if you are interested in volunteering your time from 12:00 PM – 11:55 PM the day of the event.

 

Parking / Arrival Directions

Complimentary parking is available. Instructions will be emailed to all guests the week of the event. Be sure to register for mobile bidding or send us your guest information no later than Thursday, September 16.

 

Where is the money going?
Donations raised at the event will fund the mission of the American Cancer Society. We will also have a special donation to fund Pediatric Cancer Research.
